Shoulders, Arms, Abs!
Ab Ripper X is eeevvvil!! Luckily today I had my little helper, Paisley showing me the correct way to do the moves. When I wasn’t showered with her kisses during each crunch—which caused an uncontrollable amount of laughter (extra calories burned). I liked Day 3, but the arm work out was long and I didn’t feel as challenged, so next week I will be hunting down some higher weights for a lot of the moves.
For my cardio today I did 35 minutes on the rotating stair master at the gym. It looked like a waterfall by the end with my sweat rolling off each step as it turned.
