I’ve been post-less for the last few days, but I promise I got all but one of the workouts in. Thanks to attending the Titans game my schedule got jumbled. But I was back at it, knocked out the workouts over the long weekend. I really felt the Kenpo, for days that is. I’m actually excited to do it again.
I’ve also decided to avoid the scale. I’ll check my weight in a few weeks. I realized every day as I was getting on the scale it determined my mood. So, the only way to fix it is to nix it.
