Day 9!!
I’m sooore! Back to Cardio X again, which I do love because it flies by. I must admit I did have to pause it once though. I did something horrible today, I gave into temptation and ate McDonalds. I split some of the meal with my chubby golden retriever to feel better about it. My insides didn’t agree—an hour at the gym, plus 45 minutes of Cardio X, I could have keeled over then and there.  Blah.
But HEY!! Tomorrow is Day 10, woohoo 80 days left on this sweaty journey! 80…80…ugh 80. It’s okay though. I am slowly or maybe it’s just mental, beginning to feel my body get stronger, more flexible—something better be happening since I’m waking up sore every morning. 
Side note—anyone else’s knees sound like a meat grinder when you do squats? I bought some fish oil tonight to see if that will help. Fingers crossed!
